  • Can I leave a few items in one locker?
    Depending on the size of the stored items, you can put more than one suitcase or bag in a locker. You can check the size of the lockers in the indicated area.
  • How are rates calculated?
    The final rate depends on the chosen locker and the time used. For example, if you select a medium locker and collect luggage within first four hours, the total will be €5 (see the rates above). The number of stored items doesn't affect the final price of the service, for example, a large locker will cost €9 for the deposit of up to 4 hours whether you store one or a few bags in it.
  • Once my luggage is stored, can I come back to reopen it?
    Yes, if you come back within the first hour from the deposit, you can reopen the locker without any additional charge. If you open your locker after 1 hour since the moment of deposit, the system will automatically complete your booking and you will need to make a new order if you wish to continue storing your items.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    The lockers accept electronic payments with credit/debit cards, but don't accept cash.
  • For how many days can I leave my luggage?
    You can leave luggage for a maximum of 14 days. If you need to leave your luggage for a longer period, please contact us.
  • What are the opening days and hours?
    The luggage storage is open all days of the week from 08:00 to 22:00.
  • When is payment made: before leaving or after recollecting luggage?
    When you leave your luggage, you need to pay for the first 4 hours of the storage. If luggage is collected after 4 hours you will need to pay the corresponding difference (see the rates above).
  • Is my luggage insured?
    Yes, in the event of BO4U’s liability, compensation will be made in the accordance with the conditions and arrangements specified in the insurance contract provided by Allianz.
  • Can I book the service?
    No, you can come to our luggage storage directly and book an available locker.
  • How do I get to BO4U?
    From the airport - with Marconi Express that goes to the train station (Bologna Centrale). To get to BO4U from the train station, it will take you 20 minutes by foot (via Galliera) or 10 minutes by autobus from the Bologna Centrale bus stop.
  • Are there any security measures?
    Yes, for security reasons there is a 24h video surveillance system.
  • Do you provide tourists with any additional services?
    Yes, apart from luggage storage, BO4U offers accommodation (apartments in the center of Bologna).
  • How do you return forgotten luggage?
    The restitution of the forgotten items will occur to the total interest and expense of the client that must request it within 30 days since the collection day.
